Free to use · no signup or email

Choose your check dates

Use the due date you agreed with your client. The intervals below are editable examples; choose dates that suit your agreement and any current conversation.

Your invoice and intervals

Example: 30 November 2026. Dates from 1900 to 2100. Your browser may display its local date format.

Up to 80 text characters, without emoji. Appears in your files and calendar. Leave blank on shared calendars.

Use −365 to 365 whole calendar days, in increasing order. A minus sign means before due; 0 means on the due date. Repeated dates are rejected.

Saturday and Sunday only. Public holidays are not included. Your agreed due date stays unchanged.

Your entries stay in this browser. We don’t save them or include them in analytics. Files are created on your device.

Example: an invoice due 30 November

For an invoice due Monday, 30 November 2026, the example offsets give these dates with no weekend adjustment:

If the client pays after the first check, remove the later reminders. If a payment is partial, check the remaining balance before choosing your message.

Use the invoice payment tracker for balances and the reminder message pack for wording.

Put the checks in your calendar

  1. Confirm the agreed due date.
  2. Choose intervals and review each date.
  3. Download the calendar or print your schedule.
  4. Check payment before each contact.

Open the ICS file in a calendar app, or import it through your calendar’s import settings. Preview four all-day events before adding them.

Import into a calendar you control. Your calendar provider may store the reference and descriptions you import. Choose notification settings there; this file includes no alarms.

This is a one-off file, not a subscription. Calendar apps may duplicate repeated imports. If you revise the dates, remove the old events before importing again.

Need to work out your due date first? Use the payment due date calculator with your agreed terms.

This is a planning aid, not legal or debt-collection advice. Business.gov.au’s unpaid-invoice guide explains Australian follow-up options. Check local requirements before escalation.

Questions about invoice follow-ups

How long should I wait to follow up on an invoice?

Start with your agreed terms and any current conversation. Check the invoice arrived and reconcile payments before contacting your client. Choose suitable intervals here; the defaults are examples, not a universal schedule.

Does this planner send emails or collect payments?

No. It creates personal calendar checks and a printable list. Review the payment record and message wording yourself before sending anything.

What if two checks move to the same Monday?

The planner asks you to change an offset or keep calendar dates. It will not create duplicate reminders on an adjusted date. The agreed due date never changes.

Will my calendar send a notification?

That depends on your calendar settings. The file contains all-day events without alarms or invitees. Review imported events and set your own notifications.

What if a payment is disputed or a new date is promised?

Pause the usual reminder sequence and review the conversation. Agree the next action, then remove outdated calendar events. This tool does not determine collection rights, fees or statutory notice periods.

Do time zones change the reminder date?

Each event is a date-only all-day check, with no time zone conversion. Your browser may show inputs in its local format. The downloaded text also shows unambiguous year-month-day dates.
